The World’s Largest Vaccination Program: India Plans to Vaccinate Population Size of US (20% of 1.4 billion population)! Developed Strong System in spite of 900 million citizens without regular access to the Internet! How It is Possible? Amazing Business Case Study to Read & Appreciate!!

Dear Friends and Students

We have 270 million people ready for Immediate Vaccine (10 million health care workers, 20 million frontline workers like police and sanitation staff, people over 50, and people under 50 with co-morbidities—diabetes, heart disease, and other risks)

Govt. developed a digital platform called Co-WIN to track vaccine stocks, storage information, and beneficiary information. How it is possible to connect so many people to this Digital platform when 900 million do not have proper internet access? But, we did it in the past and we are doing it again! Don’t underestimate the power of the world’s biggest human network - 3 lakh postmen, 1.55 lakh post offices, and 8 lakh bank mitras. Govt. can leverage this huge network! We can reach every nook and corner through this amazing human network! Every postman has the access to a smartphone. Then why not it is possible? On top of this, we have 40% smartphone penetration in India. It means 55 crores of people need access to the Co-WIN platform as they are either poor or cannot afford access! Postmen network can come for the rescue.

India has a proven record- India's universal immunization program is the world’s largest! We vaccinate 26.5 million infants per year and tetanus shots for 29 million pregnant women. In the 1960s, approx 60% of the world's smallpox cases were reported in India- By May 1975, we declared smallpox free! You know what as per Fortune.com, 133,000 health workers visited 100 million households across 2,641 cities, 5 lakh villages, isolated smallpox patients, and vaccinated! We became polio-free in 2014!

This reminds me a proposal that I sent to India Post in the Year 2016. Title of the Proposal: “India Post Wishes-Connecting Billion Hearts”

The theme of the Proposal: In a Year, we need to send Birthday wishes to at least 1 close person through India Post.

As part of the Birthday Wishes, we will send the following items

  1. India Post designed & Customized Wish Card
  2. Make in India Village Product or Indian Artisan Product or Khadi Product – to revive the rural economy and national integration.
  3. Story of one Amazing person (random selection) to inspire that individual.

This is Dr. Ravi Saripalle. India Post has an amazing history and did a commendable job in establishing strong bondage between People and Aspirations. It is my honor to write to you to establish an innovative initiative called "India Post Wishes" which has huge business opportunities but for a noble cause. 

Vision: To establish a society with Peace, Tranquillity, and Harmony and provide sustainable business opportunity to Artisans

Mission: Mission is to build a technology platform for every celebration and every wish. Our Platform develops socio-cultural bondage by exchanging creative works and innovative products, stories of creative artisans, and stories of creative works. India Post facilities the same. It leverages its strong interior network. It creates Wish-Card Movement in history.

How does Technology Platform work: The organization develops India Post Human Tree (using Aadhar Unique ID or equivalent) exclusive for delivering WISHES. Based on individual choice, it delivers WISH Message (India Post Designs), a recommended product, a story of an artisan-made that product, history of the product, etc (based on the intelligence provided by the platform) to the intended person (e.g. B'day, father's day, mother's day, friend's day, to boss marriage day, nephew Bon voyage wishes, etc). It stores the messages connected in the TREE and adds intelligence on its own. It creates HUMAN HEARTS NETWORK and intelligently creates alternative business opportunities based on the preferences, choices people make.

This is going to be a game-changing technology initiative, a star pearl in the string of pearls that India Post has built so far. India Post should create such a wonderful platform with the indigenous brand and make India Post Wishes, a true visionary initiative in history. It should cover all NRIs across the world and connect people wherever they are.

I request you to consider this proposal for the righteous cause. I am happy to work and contribute positively towards this noble mission under the guidance of India Post without any expectations.

  • Total estimated net profit per postman per day in Rs : 20
  • No of Postmen: 1,70,000
  • Total estimated profit for all postmen per day Rs : 3,40,0000
  • Total estimated profit for all postmen per month Rs : 10,20,00,000
  • Total estimated profit for all postmen per year Rs : 122,40,00,000
  • Other value-added services like village products, gifts, education services, khadi products etc (profit range 5 rupees to 50 rupees) Rs: Additional of a similar range of 100 crores per year

It is an “EduTainment” (Education + Entertainment) + “WishTainment” (Wishes + Entertainment) as people love to read/hear positive words and stories and want to follow the people who spread this
