Dear Student Friends
Next 2 Years (2023-25) are going to be critical in Engineering Education. It is in the transition phase. Career Planning is no more desired event in a student life plan but it is essential and indispensable.
Out of 100, only 10 students plan their careers. Rest of them leave it to chance. Last 20 Years IT jobs and a few core companies have saved many Engineering students. Going forward this luxury is no more. Hence every student must plan properly assessing his/her own strengths/weaknesses, passion, abilities and skills and market demand.
You will have a couple questions
1. Which Year is best to start Career Planning in 4 year Engineering Education?
2. How many years do we have to work towards execution?
