Career Planning in Engineering: 2.5 Years Valid out of 4 Years! Did you Make a Career Decision? Listen to this Video

The Social Cost of a Large Package Job for a Fresher!! Read this Interesting Perspective!!
Dear Friends
Scenario in 2000
In 2000, The average Fresher (Engineering) salary in a reputed firm was approx. 1.7L (assuming 15K per month). Assuming the candidate gets a 7% hike every year consistently for 5 years, the salary would have been ~2.5L in 2005, ~3.5L in 2010, ~5L in 2015, ~8L in 2022, after keeping 22 years of hard experience in the same company. I am not assuming abnormal salary jumps within a company nor company shifts. Individually this candidate was not able to witness 6 digits’ salary even after 20+ years of experience.
Assuming this candidate marries in the year 2005 and both of them working, they would have seen 6 digits’ salary in the year 2015 only. This couple took 15 years to see 6 digits’ salary. In 2030, this candidate salary becomes ~13L, ~26L in 2040, ~55L in 2050. I am assuming a 7% hike in line with inflation and sufficient for basic living for a simple (minded) family.
Scenario in 2022
Contrary to this, if a fresher starts at 15L in 2022, assuming current sporadic corporate hikes like 20%, the salary becomes 65L in 2030. At the same time, his classmate who started with a base salary of 4L and avg hike of 7% reaches 15L only in 2030! What kind of paradox is created in society today with the same intellectual, emotional, educational qualifications and other qualifying parameters?
Now let us look at it from a social perspective.
In 2022, this boy’s age is 21. He reaches 15L in 2042 at the age of 41 years with a base 4L salary. It means 90% male engineers reach 15L at the age of 41 assuming 7% increase and they get selected for an average 4L package. Why am I stressing 15L because most of the families are expecting a 15L package for a marriage discussion!!
Now look at it from the girl’s side. According to data by the NFHS, women are marrying late due to a shift in focus towards education and getting jobs (Live mint). This is positive news in one sense. Let’s assume the average female fresher salary is 4L in 2022. In 2026, the salary is going to be 6L (age 26). If they expect a min 10L package for a groom, it is impossible from the 90% generic pool! They have to go to a 10% abnormal pool or compromise with a 35-year-old normal IQ person who gets 15L in that age!
If a girl starts with a base package of 15L in 2022 and assuming she gets into the abnormal 20% hike category, she draws 37L at the age of 26! If she expects a 3-year gap and the groom in the same bracket groom, he gets 64L at the age of 29. If they both marry, they cross 7-digit figures in 2030 itself and 6.3cr in 2040. What kind of impact gets created in that couple and their children’s life? They need to be constantly on their toes and treadmill to meet their financial goals. What kind of social pressure are we adding in the young minds and their children? Children create a baseline from the parents and work from those goals. It is an unnecessary burden on children’s psychology. They are never able to think like a middle class which is considered to be the most healthy goal in society today.
What is the ideal scenario?
At the age of 22, assume a girl earns 4.5L and at the age of 26 boy earns 5.5L, together they cross 10L. When the groom attains 30, together they earn 15L, 18L at 35, 25L at 40 years! This way girls get an opportunity to be financially independent, participate in the family financial goals and help boys earn more sustainably. This way together earns less than what they need, positively engaging in the family growth till they reach 40 and 36 respectively. At 40, their kids attain 12 & 9 years old respectively. When the father attains 60 and mother 56, kids become 32 & 29 respectively. I am only talking about the Normal curve & average population. Of course there are always tails in the curve and I am not debating on specific special cases (due to family circumstances, medical aspects, and other unforeseen conditions, luck favours)
Parents are relieved from the responsibilities and kids are supposed to take care of the parents from that age. This way there is no need of maintaining 2 families (inflation reduced with joint families). More employment opportunities can be created for the younger generation. However, if we talk in this language, we are called as old mindset and traditional thinking. We are not thinking modern.
Dear Young Generation,
Please ponder in this direction once. If I hurt your sentiments, My sincere apologies. This is written in the context of promoting stress-free life in the young which is the prime cause of depression, suicides, divorce, family problems, late marriage & delayed children, unwanted relationships and so on. Please don’t add any financial burden with unwanted financial goals.
*All Human beings need basic food, health, minimum living standards, love & social security for & from their parents and finally love of God and His true blessings! *
Anything more is perceived as Luxury but with huge social cost, anything less is called impoverishment but with great hope to live on this earth and for equal opportunity.
Best wishes for the young who take this message positively and my sincere apologies to one who considers this as scrappy.

Initially I did not believe this! Soon You may have to face Interview on rajani++!!! No More Snake Programming/Platforms (Python/Anaconda)!! Get Ready for Superstar Programming!! Read this Interesting Perspective!!
Dear Friends and Students
Today I happened to see a github link https://github.com/aadhithya/rajiniPP/wiki/. Initially I did not heed it. However, as I was going through deep, I realized it is true. Yes, you are hearing right. rajani++ is the new programming language released in the market!!
The language has its syntax based on the iconic dialogues of Superstar Rajinikanth. I have downloaded this from Aadhithya Sankar’s (Bavaria, Germany) github page!
Python programming language is developed by Van Rossum. When he began implementing Python, Guido van Rossum was also reading the published scripts from “Monty Python’s Flying Circus”, a BBC comedy series from the 1970s. Van Rossum thought he needed a name that was short, unique, and slightly mysterious, so he decided to call the language Python (docs.python.org).
If van Rossum can use inspiration from Monty Python's Flying Circus, why not rajani++!! Probably we may witness amitab++, chiru++..no wonder.
Thought it looks funny and silly, it is not that easy to develop an interpreter. I truly appreciate Aadhithya sankar’s (presuming he is the inventor of this) imagination and hardwork.
This programming language is built on top of python>= 3.8. This interpreter can be installed using pip install rajinipp. All the programs are saved as rpp files like our .py in python or .java in Java or cpp in C++.
To comment, you have to use !!.No More #
If I have to print Hello World. Here is the program
LAKSHMI START
!! This is a comment and is ignored by the rajinipp interpreter.
DOT "Hello, world!";
MAGIZHCHI
I searched what is the MAGIZHCHI in Tamil. It is called as happiness. Rajanikanth utterance of this word can be heard at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ENFOQ-Uidrk.
Variables can be created using the following command
AANDAVAN SOLLRAN <variable-name> ARUNACHALAM SEIYARAN <value>; This type of initiation must be inspired through https://tamil.statusdp.com/whatsapp-status-video/dialogues/8291
New values can be assigned to existing variables using the following command:
<variable-name> BHAJJI SAAPDU <new-value>;
LAKSHMI START
!! declare a variable.
AANDAVAN SOLLRAN myvar ARUNACHALAM SEIYARAN 25;
!! access variable and print its value.
DOT "myvar = " myvar;
!! assign new value to variable.
myvar BHAJJI SAAPDU 100;
DOT "new myvar = " myvar;
MAGIZHCHI
will output the following:
myvar = 25.0
new myvar = 100.0
It got whole lot of arthmeitc operators, logical operations, program flow control, if-else statements, for loop, while loop, break statements, functions, return, and many more!!
Interesting times!! Best Programming Languages to Learn in 2022 are 1. Javascript, 2. Python, 3. Go, 4. Java, 5. Kotlin, 6. PHP, 7.C#, 8. Swift, 9. R, 10. Ruby, 11: C&C++ 12. Matlab, 13. Typescript, 14. Scala,
Wish rajani++ becomes the 15th Language in 2023!!
All the best Aadhithya Sankar (MSc. Informatics @ TU Munich. https://asankar96.medium.com/)!
Who is writing chiru++ or jrntr++?

Do You Need Better English for Best Mathematics? Similarly, Computer Science and Communication!! 20% drop in Maths Performance due to less understanding of words! How does a Metro, City, Town Student perform in Maths?!! Read this interesting perspective!!
Dear Friends and Students
Today I received an interesting WhatsApp message (The Print Article on
Countingwell App survey) regarding how Mathes performance is linked to
English! Poor language comprehension skills (English Paragraph and words
understanding) results in a 20 % drop in maths performance from Class 7
onwards. India wide only 28% of them showed good comprehension skills.
Interestingly there is no difference between metro vs. town vs city (Tier
1 vs Tier 2 vs Tier 3). There is no difference between male and female.
One of the critical reasons is Maths teachers do not lay emphasis on language
comprehension. English proficiency is a statistically significant predictor of
mathematics scores.
If you dwell deeply, mathematics is a language of science. Mathematics
described different situations of day to day life. Mathematics is a universal
language such as English. Let me share a simple example on how
mathematics performance is linked to English. How many are left? It
confuses the student. Similarly, words like sum, whole mathematical words also
confuse the student. Often we see mathematics teachers teaching in the local
language!! We should encourage mathematics teachers to teach in English
and build stories to solve!
All the competitive coding platforms like leetcode, codechef,
codeforce, hackerearth, hackerank, etc focus on problems (described in English
paragraph) to solve using computer programming. This is the extension
of mathematics. The same language vs. maths vs. coding issue comes. It is also
proven that a good coder needs good comprehension skills. They should be able
to understand the problem well. Now it directs a computer science teacher who
needs to be good in communication.
Michael et.al published a wonderful article
on The Language of “Rate of Change '' in Mathematics (Eur J
Investig Health Psychol Educ., 2021). It is mind boggling to know, this simple
word “Rate of Change '' is used in multiple contexts differently. Average
rate of change is Ratio, Slope, Rise over Run, Quotient! Instantaneous rate of
change is derivative, tangent!! Constant rate of change is positive or zero or
negative. Varying rate of change is + or 0 or – or increasing or decreasing!!
Rate of change in multiple applications like speed, velocity, acceleration,
power, kinetic energy and so on!! Now Can a Mathematics teacher omit English
when this simple word is described differently in multiple contexts?
Mathes Teacher Must Make & Ease Communication!!
Computer Science Teacher Must Complement and Comprehend Communication!!!
Do You Agree with Better English for Best Mathematics and Best
Programming?
skill2030.com is aiming towards goal!!

Is it an End of Great Resignation and welcoming Stagflation or high misery index? Are you Dear to Your Boss? Else, you will end up Dear to your Loss? Read this Interesting Perspective!!
Dear Friends and Students
On 8th Mar 2022, I
wrote an article (/i2itm.blogspot.com/2022/03/corona-left-economic-damage-prolonged.html)
and shared a few thoughts on various job opportunities vs shift options. If you
read that article completely, predominantly I was discouraging job shifts for
salary growth and high packages! Now check the Economic growth and job situation.
They are becoming grim across the world.
Phil Fersht, CEO of HFS Research
also echoes a similar sentiment. I strongly believe that it is the beginning of the end of The Great Resignation! However,
the worry is all about Stagflation. Stagflation means slower economic
growth, relatively high unemployment (economic stagnation), and rising prices
(i.e. inflation). Stagflation was first recognized during the 1970s when many
developed economies experienced rapid inflation and high unemployment as a
result of an oil shock (Investopedia). Now similar sentiments are developing. The misery index (sum of the inflation rate
and unemployment rate) is growing. This is another issue.
Yesterday one of the big
e-commerce giants posted a huge quarterly loss after 7 years. Many companies
are struggling with demands for working from Home and unprecedented salary
hikes even for the underserved. Yesterday Singapore PM warns of a global
recession again. War, Covid-19 shutdowns, and commodity shortages are a
few reasons for this drop. Deutsche Bank
economists predict "we will get a major recession" beginning in late
2023 or early 2024.
Keeping this view, students need
to raise their knowledge bars.
Dear 2nd and 3rd
Year Students
You are going to be recruited
when things become worse. Hence focus on your certifications, internal projects,
and internships. These 3 are highly critical to differentiate between best and
average! Are you ready with this plan? If not, please do it immediately else
you will succumb to this trap!
Dear 4th Year Students
You are already working with your
employer as an intern. Are you Dear to Your Boss? Else, you will end up Dear to
your Loss? Make your employer appreciate your skills and efforts. Don’t ask for
Hike! Ask for Mike (your voice should be heard across the organization)! Improve
your communication skills. A lot of interns are at the same level in terms of
technological skills. Your management and communication skills keep you on top
of the ladder.
Are you prepared? If not, let’s
build!
Don’t ask for Hike! Ask for Mike
