Few weeks back, I wrote a story on this. I was warning on this concept! Package growth is temporary. Few say this growth exists for couple of quarters and few say couple of years!! But problem remains as problem. Don't worry too much about Package. If Work is good, go ahead...work only gives you long term sustainability. If you get 20-30 lakhs package as a fresher, how can you show incremental growth over a period of time? You know what, currently you are wearing cheppals. Now, you need to wear skating shoes! The challenge is finding the rink so that skating shoes move! If it is rough terrain, skating shoes fail! Please don’t join company based on package! Join based on the nature of the work!
