My
Dear Student Friends,
Greetings!
This is Dr. Ravi Saripalle, Founder, Inspire to Innovate (i2i) Storytelling
Movement. Welcome to “Letter
to Student Series- Volume 2 and Issue 6”. Hope you enjoyed reading my
previous letter. These letters are e-transmitted across the country, for one
good cause, spreading inspiring stories of amazing people. Our mission is to inspire
youth by sharing positive stories of people who made difference in life in
various domains. Today these letters are reaching to all 686 districts across
the country to build positive dreams and act as catalyst to youth aspirations.
Why should you read this letter? Your
time is most precious.
I am writing to you for a cause of
individual and global importance. I request you to give me 5 minutes of your
valuable time by reading this letter and consider for implementation if you
find any merit. Today, children of 11-21 age group are highly aspirational. If
these aspirations are not properly supported by inspirational information and
support system, these aspirations deviate. After through research and multiple
observations, we are confident that following solution may work for this
critical problem. I humbly appeal to you to implement following 2 steps
systematically.
1.
Read / hear one
inspiring story per week of any individual / situation
2. Write a physical
post card letter / formal mail to someone you trust in
every 6 months. It helps
in setting up vision for life.
Trust me, continue this process for
some time, it impacts reticular activating system of human brain. We can
expect amazing results. I truly wish your story becomes another inspirational
story and positively influence all of us.

To facilitate this process, we
devised vision setting survey form. You can answer survey form at https://goo.gl/vgyD54 and help yourself setting up your own vision. I
encourage you to respond.
Recently
I read an article in Times of India ( Feb 7, 2017)- "Indian
economy projected to overtake US by 2040 in purchasing power parity terms the
report published by PwC". I believe India is the country to experiment,
energize and for encouragement. My dear friend, you being at right time and
right place, you should not miss this wonderful opportunity. You must win. You
will win!
There
are wonderful people around us. I read an article on Benedict Jebakumar, a software engineer based out of
Bangalore (famously called as nail man), worked selflessly towards the cause of
picking up nails which were thrown on the roads and causing puncture to the
vehicles. He did not earn money through this unnoticeable work! But he might
have saved hundreds of people's time and improved productivity. In 5 years
time, Kumar collected 75 kg nails from city’s roads. You can read the complete
story at http://bangaloremirror.indiatimes.com/bangalore/cover-story/goodbye-bengaluru-says-namma-nailman/articleshow/57026784.cms.
If
you have good idea, you really don't need to worry about job and money. I got thrilled
when I read about Nishant, Avneesh Khanna and Kumar Sambhav, alumni
of IP University and co-founders of The Testament. Started as university
journal and transformed it to training and development company.Today Testament reached
to the level of 30 lakh revenue and expected to reach Rs 1.2 crore in the
current FY! What kind of commitment these guys must be having? Instead of
blaming people and country for not providing opportunities, we should pursue our
dreams with passion and commitment. I am sure we will be successful. I suggest you
to read the full story at https://yourstory.com/2016/02/the-testament/ .
I
always enjoy reading articles on The Weekend Leader, a magazine promoting
positive journalism. I
read about U S Mahendar, 44, Founder of Hatti Kaapi, a
fast-growing South Indian filter coffee chain based out of Bengaluru. I got excited to see the
transformational growth from 100 cups daily at a 30 sq ft room to 40,000 cups
per day across 46 outlets in Bengaluru and Hyderabad with 15 crores revenue!
What kind of determination and vision, Mahendar must be possessing? If you read
the full story, you will definitely agree with me!http://www.theweekendleader.com/Success/2583/success-with-coffee.html
Age and
Qualification are never the criteria for success. You will echo me if you read
the article published on Trishneet Arora, who built a
multi-million dollar business, at the age of 21. He just failed in 8th
standard. He started an organization called TAC Security, which is working in
cyber security domain. He quit his regular schooling and dedicated to his
passion. Today Reliance, CBI, Punjab Police, Gujarat Police, Amul and Avon
Cycles etc are his customers! Amazing story right? If you want to read the full
report, please read at https://www.kenfolios.com/trishneet-arora-hacker/
